    Bizhub C554e

    Does anyone know if there are special rollers that can be ordered to feed NCR with out it leaving a tire mark?

      NCR paper isn't supported anyway.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          AFAIK vacuum feed is the only way to pick up NCR without marking it ... not available with the C554e.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Maybe Im getting lucky... I have 2 print shop customers who both use a c552 and c654e with NCR. I suppose it depends on the thickness of the sheets

              Have you tried using the bypass ?

                We use the bypass on ours and set it to thick 1.
