Not possible on 4/4e series as far as I know. What problem you have?

It often happens to me that the toner is almost finished when it is actually full or vice versa. I wait for the printer to stop due to low toner, remove and reinsert the toner tube to return to 100.

Customer used non genuine toner and it was changed early. Was gonna see if I could just force it to report full but I'll just tell him to ignore it.

I have DIPSW enabled on the 4 series.
I ran DIPSW1, but the toner was not full.

This option is not available on the 4 series.

Simply remove all the toners, run a print run, when the copier calls for a toner refit the used ones this will reset the toner life count.

Yup, happens when the clients replace the toner before the copier calls for it.
