What are the drum counts? Are they near or past yield?

        As mentioned before , it's a drum issue .
For yellow it seems only a drum blade issue
Cyan seems a drum issue. If you want u can try adjusting the background level or adjust the primary transfer voltage. it might give you more time before u change it

I beg to differ, the cyan dv is shot. Look at the diagonal voids on cyan blocks.
Maybe a yellow drum issue too but the cyan dv unit definitely needs to be replaced.

          The medication helps though...

Print halftone test patterns from service mode at some diferent densities. That would expose faulty parts.

Cyan got a new blade for a month, but the corona unit have a "foil", its cr*p, i don't know if that could be a problem.

Hit the clear button and then choose 128 with keys.

Re: KM C280 print quality problem

According to ur photos , since the cyan drum is on magenta now , then its a drum issue (the drum itself).

The yellow lines if not visible on the yellow prints as white lines then its a blade issue.

As i stated before u might play around the magenta drum . Better swap it on yellow and if issue is still visible on prints adjust the background and primary voltage.

Always print the cmyk gradation test pages. All 4.
So much more revealing of issues.
1 black pattern unfortunately does not help with a color problem.
