The machine thinks the paper size being fed is different than what it says it is. Could be as simple as feed rollers being worn or outdated firmware. Here is what manual says.

I had the same error on a c658 last week. Turned out to be a dirty laser, I just used the grey cleaning arm with the white cleaning pad to clean each laser glass, after cleaning all the lasers the machine worked perfectly fine again.

I would test if it happens to me from all drawers. If it only happens from one, which is most likely, I would check that the transparent plastic piece that covers the spring of the paper output sensor has not come loose, because when you remove the wheels to change them, you have to push the spring-loaded sensor and it usually comes out of place, making the paper output more difficult and causing 99-01. In addition hau a bulletin in which the black plastic guide that is above the registration roller is deformed, it bulges by the heat and also produces this problem.
