Is there anyway to manually reset c3350/51 imaging unit levels

Hi, just a quick one. When you ever get the error that states there's a too high toner density e.g. 2558, is there any way to manually reset these levels? Without having to either put a reset chip on, get a new imaging unit or even just printing and stabilising until it balances back out?

Not sure if I've phrased this in the best way but any help is appreciated thanks.

if it says its to high its to high. spamming some 100% coverage prints is still your best option before trying new parts

Every time I've had it, I've just printed off black test prints until the level drops - works 95% of the time

Use RB firmware. It's supposed to help and I think it ignores the ratio and won't code

I had this code come up when you install some of the Chinese IU-Reset chips. Sometimes you install the chip & it resets the IU counter but codes out. Then you can turn off & install the old chip back in & the counter is reset & code goes away. I'm so sick of these dam Konica chips!!!
So also can anyone tell m ehow to add the button in the Utilities to check the consumable life? By default on the c3351 there is no way to view the consumables & print a report on the screen. Is it a soft switch setting? Anybody know how?? Thanks

Set Sw227 to hex 00 to be able to view the consumable levels .

According to manual C3350 may not have Sw227, C3351 have it.
