    Pagescope issues

Has anyone had issues with logging into the device via pagescope, the customer is using papercut, they log into pagescope as a user fine, but if they log in as an admin, it says it's not available..
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

There should be 2 types of Admin, which one they tried?
      Administrator
      Administrator (User mode)

Administrator (User Mode) works, but you only see what you'd see as a user, when you go for the full administrator mode - it says that the page can't be found

We've had odd issues logging into Pagescope when someone replaces an older machine with a newer one on the same IP. Chrome and Firefox seem to cache the old page layout and causes odd results with the new machine. This problem is really apparent when going from something like a C224e to a C458.

Maybe Papercut changes something to do with the page layout that causes the failure? Not sure.
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

If it is a cache issue you could try clearing the cache on the web browser . I have had to do this before to access pagescope on a machine. If you want to test this theory you can try logging in on a browser that the customer doesn't normally use. Check with customer before clearing their cache as they will loose all their saved logins
