    Hello people
In a C3080 Press have this image problem
Thick line in the CD direction of the sheet, and about 6 cm from the end of the sheet. It only happens on black. It's not a drum, it's not a developer.

id start with the charge roller.
        [edit]oh, CD. sorry.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

If that line is crossfeed, it may be a compression. You can get that defect if the rubber registration seal is warped or damaged. A bad second transfer roller can give you that same defect. Another factor can be how heavy the media is, how much it curls, and if it is set to the correct media type, and de-curl settings.

If that line is in the feed direction, it's something totally different ... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Thanks for the teply.
This problem only happens with the black color. Using test card 53 or others ,only happens with black color. If it have a registration unit, it will be happen in all colors.
This issue happens with any paper and weight.
            Thanks
