C-3826 fuser code

Hello-We recently got a c-3826 code on a KM Bizhub C458. Replaced the fuser with a brand new one, reset the code, and it keeps coming up as soon as we turn on the machine. We tried multiple fusers and reset the code multiple times. No matter what we do as soon as we power up after reset the code comes up (almost immediately after it turns on). Has anyone encoutered this and/or have any thoughts how to solve? thanks

Check the fusing unit-MFPB CN12E for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. (bizhub C458)

Is it possible to change to a used MFPB board off another c458 machine?

folks have done it before there is a procedure i believe.
you may be better using hytec repair advanced exchange.
they are partnered with konica so it should be a good replacement on the cheap. (with 1 year warranty)

If you use a board from another machine run the 789.tar file three times before trying to boot machine. The set machine and type and load firmware

Many Thanks to Synthonol and Markks for their help and assistance as this is now fixed. Our tech replaced the mfpb board and that did the trick. It took a while but all good--the machine is back running!
