FIERY IC417 ERROR

Hello group, can someone help me with the system software of the fiery ic 417 version 2.1 for km print 3070L, I have versions 1.0, 1.2, 2.0, I load the fiery everything fine but it does not recognize the paper trays

can you add the tray manually?
if 2 way communication is not checked that could be it too?
make sure the driver is set to TCP\IP LPR port 515 with Print as the port name for best results.
see if it auto populates when checked. 417.jpg

If you allow me to add but in the command workstation configuration only tray 1 and 2 appear, and the machine has bypass and high capacity tray, the problem is that the correct system software is 2.1 and I only have the 1.2 and 2.0.
