[Error Code] SMB sending Error on C224e

    Hello All,
I am pretty stumped on this one. I have a C224e that is throwing a 107 error code no matter what I do. I have tried updating the firmware, changing authentication settings but to no avail. Have I overlooked something simple? Is there a software switch I need to flip?
    Thanks in advance.

Any changes to their network? The customer may not even know if there has been a change or not without checking with their IT.

i always check if i can see the shared folder from another PC.
and what credentials are used to access.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

        Can you ping the Scan-Target-PC?
Scan per IP-Adress or per Hostname?
        Is the SMB-Version correct? SMBv1 ist mostly deactivated. Latest firmware (GDU-M1 Function-Version 7.0) brings SMBv2 to 4e-Series.
Has the Target-PC a firewall with whitelisting?

We have customers with all of this.

          +1 on this.

Computers will give you a more meaningful error than the Konica will.

Or WINS? If you are using a hostname, check the DNS servers.

            Hello everyone,
I had IT go through eveything and it seems they had the credentials messed up for the copier on the server side. Looks to be resolved now as I just sent a scan, no problem.
