    BH-C-3110 "INITIALIZING"

Machine stopped working after a power failure, showing “INITIALIZING” total memory 1024MB. Buttons are unresponsive. Anyone having for me, please the Latest & Greatest firmware?

Hans, The last F/W for that machine was 2019 or 2021. I can send it to you but on this model you need to enter service mode to install F/W. I've only worked on a few of those models but is there another way to get into the service mode like holding down a button while turning on?

Sorry to bring you bad news Hans, but it has always been the MFPB for me, and often the machine counts are lost. On this model, it can hardly be worth the cost to replace the MFPB, but that's up to you and your customer. =^..^=

        Database entry:
"INITIALIZATION TOTAL RAM 1024MB" does not boot past this point after firmware upgrade. MFPB crashed as a result of firmware upgrade. Replace MFPB (A6DT H010 04). Follow board replacement procedure. Copy counts may be lost anyway. All counts list as 4,294,967,294. The next increment is "0", then "1" etc. Re-enter IP address, fax TTI information.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Guys, I took a complete set of boards and even a control panel from a working machine, but the error stays as it is. Will try to renew the firmware and if not, the only thing left is the power unit. That's a hell of a job to replace, so I'll then throw the machine in a dumpster and try to get another one from the wholesaler.
          What a waste of time........

          Thanks for being with me.
