Neither of those exist on the US Konica firmware page. Perhaps only available through KM support?

I have these firmwares but none is working.

In my case machines are working. The error occurs after few days or few hours. Even if you left it on for few hours error will occur. So, I have tried both the recovery and the Preventive. It stays on two bars.

I detached HDD, Unset and then tried installing A8 firmware it did not work. Two bars showing.

Then I tried installing B0 but it did not work also. Same two bars.

If I turn the machines ON they work fine . No error code. But after some time it occurs. I did not replace brand new HDD rather pulled from another machine. These 320GBs are obsolete now. I will remove the partitions from the HDD, format it through PC and install. What I am suspecting its HDD problem.

      Sata controller FW is G00-03

Is there any other way to install these firmwares like through FTP ?

Sata controller FW is G00-03 is the issue, it must be G00-04

You have to disable and disconnect the HDD, turn on the machine, power off, install the A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-A8 SATA Recovery Tool, power off, reconnect the HDD, turn it on and see if it is fixed. If you don't get it, the MFP needs to be replaced.

          Thanks for your reply.

The machines are not in error state. Copy, scan, print works fine but for few hours and then C-D011 error occurs. I wonder when the machine is not in error state so it should take preventive firmware B0 but both are not working. I have tried disconnecting, disabling HDD but I did not turn the machine ON in error state. I check and get back

I have tried A8 and B0. Both are stuck at 2 bars. HDD disabled, Disconnected. Machines work normally without any error but Sata controller firmware is not updating.☹🙄

Have you tried the leaving the machine running without HDD connected to see if the error occurs? I would suspect its the MFPB if recovery isn't working. I have had to replace the MFPB once before as I couldn't get rid of the code through recovery.

If I disable HDD, and turn the machine ON it works fine. The only problem is its not taking recovery firmware. I have tried disconnecting, disabling HDD. I removed the partitions from HDD and make it one then reinstall the HDD but still error occured. After enabling HDD machine get slow, while preparing Scan/User box only copy menu can be used. Utility and all other functions will not work. It takes time and when the red light stops blinking it gives C-D011.

I have 4 machines. 368X3 258X1. I am talking about c268. Other 368s they also not taking recovery or maintenance firmware.

Just out of interest have you tried a different USB stick?

Thanks for sharing. In the flowchart it is mentioned that after starting the machine if HDD error code occurs C-D011 then go to the next step. In my case there is only one machine with the same problem remaining 3 machines c368 they work fine after restarting. May be hours may be days, sometimes after printing or during printing. This thing is not mentioned in the bulletin.

All of the machines are not taking A8 and B0. Stucks at 2 bars. If Sata FW is not updating it means MFPB is faulty. If its faulty then why other functions are working. Copy, scan, Print.

                        Very strange! 🤔

KM should have manual firmware update option like an alternate fix.
