First of all big thanks to everyone for taking the time to respond.
We always use OEM parts. Also no blueprint machines, and filters changed as well.
I did everything i could think of before posting here and im totally out of ideas.

Most likely we will change these two machines for couple bizhub 754 machines but i still wanted to find the issues for my own mental health )

    Blessings to you all!

If it's a print shop, maybe ammonia? Do they have a blueprint machine, possibly not properly vented? The warp you see is usually caused by the grid being pulled to tight. I'm just speculating.

I've dealt with 100's of 951's and their cousins over the years and while it's not uncommon to get a bit of a crease in the center of the grid, I've never seen one fold that much. You suddenly have 2 doing it at the same time? I agree with Blackcat that it might be outside influence. Assuming that they are OEM grids?

Nothing like that, Its a copyshop . Also plenty other machines on the site. The only 2 making problems are the 951 pro machines. Got 2 accurio machines ( c3070 and c4065) got some other bizhub c754 machines as well placed next to these two . Also until this year both worked just fine. Them both well over 20mil counters.
No water source nearby. I placed them on opposite corners of the shop( its an L shaped room so machines are not facing eachother) to make sure environment wasnt playing a role into this issue.

This is how the grid is looking like. Bending starts from the middle alongside charge unit and its rusting badly.

It prints with background and everything is blurred.
If machine keeps on printing, developer starts spilling and drum unit gets scratches all over.

Bizhub 951 charge grid bends and rusts

    Hello dear fellow techs .

I've been having some problems with 2 bizhub pro 951 machines.
Both are ruining brand new charge units in less than 30k prints. charge grid starts bending and its getting too close to drum unit making developing unit spill toner and also ruining the drum as well.
First i changed only the grid when i first saw the problem starting to occur . Sometimes its starting to bend and rust after 5 to 10k pages. Soon after, the developing unit and drum unit are unusable.
I also did try - brand new drum unit, charge unit, developing unit, cleaning unit and after 30k pages its already dumping toner, charge unit grid its starting to bend and machine is again unusable.
Also moved the printer to check if humidity could have something to do with this, also used couple dehumidifiers and moved the machine over a special carpet and still no change.

I'm starting to think if HV board could have anything to do with it.

I would really appreciate any advice. I'm out of ideas.

    Blessings to you all!
