I had a similar situation today on a C550i. Fuser offset like your picture. 1st call was last week, replaced fuser, increased fuser temp. 2nd call replaced drum & trans belt. 3rd Call, replaced DCPU. Today as I was messing with Engine DPSW settings, a girl walks up to me and says " my boss wanted to mention that we bought a K toner from Amazon because it was late and you weren't open". I immediately printed a Demo page and noticed only the K toner was rubbing off. Swapped toners, long story short, had to replace the DV section because it never recovered. Problem solved... felt dumb for not realizing the colors were fusing fine.Comment

Looks like fuser to me. I would adj the temp up and down to see if it helps. Agree with other poster about aftermarket toner. I've seen this repeat image a few time with aftermarket toner. The melting point of crap toner is sometimes different.Comment

I had exactly the same symptoms with a BH-C-284e last month, caused by not original K-Toner supplied by the customer himself
Since many years we always use for all our contract machines after market toner for the CMY material without exception, but not the K-Toner. Even our regular and only supplier informed us, that their K-toner is doing that smudging sometimes in Bizhub machines, so we switched for our contract machines to exclusively OEM K-toner for that.
When switching to OEM, you have to vacuum all non-OEM toner out of the system before replacing the cartridge and run at least 100 prints to drain the crap out of the developing unit first.
