[Electrical] Machine reset after backup battery failure

    Hello forum members
I have a 364 machine whose backup battery ran out and caused the machine to be reset.
I reset the NVRAM and entered the serial numbers of the machine and the feeder, and the machine boots like this, what did I do wrong? Maybe the order of operations is wrong.
    Thank you very much

Check and see in service mode that scanner is not isolated for some reason. Nothing dramatic if you don't have some serious issues with CCD or dual scan DF board. Also check scanner serial although I never heard anything about it preventing copy/scan.
Btw you did it right 👍 😉

From what I have heard a reset like this is normal when the battery dies. Just make sure to designate thr machine type put in the serial and make sure it's not a generic. Your counter may have been reset but as long as you put the settings back you should be fine.

You'll also want to re-enable the HDD in service mode. I'm nearly certain that it comes back up with it disabled (UNSET). Change to SET.

Of course I played the disk, it didn't work, do I need to insert a serial number for the scanner?

            No just for the printer.

If it won't enable the HDD it may be bad or just not installed.

Did you input machine type like other poster mentioned?
