Its not the MFP sadly. Would you say A7PUM40800 High voltage unit is the next best option?

do the internal test prints do the same? (halftone and gradation test patterns.)
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Before start throwing boards I would remove any option and try.

judging by the limited info, i would say print head. seeing half tone patterns would be a great help.

Fwiw I've seen a faulty dual scan board do the same.
I'd remove the board temporarily, change it to no adf in service mode and see if the issue remains.
I know it sounds weird but if I haven't seen it myself I'd be skeptical.

Good call I agree after re-examine test page. I would reseat connectors for PH unit but may need new one.

By all appearances the fault affects all colors, but to be sure, print this:
                =^..^=
                Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have similar problem on my BH 452 and solved it when replaced motors, I replaced motor for black drum AND motor for belt, I don't know what motor was the issue but after replacing problem was gone..
