    Konica C364e scanner green stripes

    Hi everyone

A client of mine reports that in the morning the first scans come out with green lines then after about 10 scan works the problem disappears.
I thought of a CCD problem or of a connection cable do you have other possible solutions?

defect in the attachment Green squares are only for privacy

PS: the printer is in the office so not in an too cold environment.

are scans off the glass different?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

are you scanning through the feeder or off the platen glass?

That test is done with feeder. The customer confirms me that the glass scan also comes with the same defect.

ok so likely ccd related then or mirrors could be slightly out of place.
you could reseat all the cables, ribbons on both ends but dont touch red screws.
just for giggles, run background data reset and stabilize, then stabilize in gradations and perform all the adjustments (3 each) and see if the result changes.
that test wont require a screwdriver

                Good morning.
We had a similar problem on a c652. In the morning the "first hour" failed, the rest of the day it worked fine.
If it was turned off at night the next morning it would happen again
We solved it by changing the ccd unit

On machines with high scan volume and very large packets, it's common for CCD failures and intermittent codes C9401, across multiple machine series'.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                    Update

I confirm that the problem has been resolved by replacing the CCD
