Bizhub 456e - printing problem after yellow drum replacement
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
It looks charge related, like the yellow developing roller is arcing to the yellow drum. Do you see anything amiss with the yellow developing unit?: broken developer spacer? poor developer coverage at one end? burn/arc marks on the developing roller? broken alignment pin that mates with the front or rear frame? something that's not supposed to be in the developing unit (presumably conductive)? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Besides other questions what is correct model perhaps bizhub C454e?
Remove drum and shine a light towards 9 o'clock in gap where drum seats. You should see developer unit magnetic roller covered with toner/carrier. Yellow in particular is a bit tricky to see but if you see bare metal of magnetic roller it's a sign of developer depletion and you are in deep trouble.

implications are incorrect settings across the board, causing numerous problems . if you can get a certified km tech to work on this i would. these 4 series units are known to have the backup battery go dead.
