    bizhub c654e print too dark

hello friends. i have a problem with the bizhub c654e. black and white prints come out too dark. until a few days ago when i had to print a file, i used the pcl drivers and set the brightness value to maximum. and in this way the prints came out lighter. then i changed developer and drum. and today there is absolutely no difference between a "normal" print and one with the "light" setting. even the "watermark" images, which are barely visible on the monitor, come out very visible in print. how can i solve this problem? thank you very much

    - Were the parts new OEM parts?
    - Did the page counts for each of the units reset? (Look in service mode under counts)
    - Did you run Gradation after changing the parts?

    - If not new OEM, you are likely to have issues no matter what you do.
    - If the counts did not reset (due to aftermarket parts without proper reset chips), then the machine is trying to compensate for the original worn parts which are no longer worn. This will definitely lead to quality issues like you are seeing.
    - No matter your answer to the above questions, after replacing anything to do with image creation, you should run Gradation Adjustments. You might get lucky...

hello there . Its a print from pc or from the MFP staight ? If its from PC just change the driver ( reinstall) if from the machine then go to service mode , Image adjusment , stebilizer, and pick initzialization and stabilization .

all spare parts and consumables are original.
every single unit has been reset in the counter.
the prints start from the pc and I have already tried to reinstall the drivers but without success.
today i have a problem and the machine gets stuck loading the user/scan/fax box. it basically doesn't print anymore! so now i have a bigger problem to solve!

sounds like you might be getting an IP conflict. Set the ip address to something quite high at the end

Possibly failing hard drive with symptoms like that. Guessing it's an unrelated problem to your previous issue, as I can't see how a failing hard drive would cause output to be too dark.

I also think that the problem of dark prints is not caused by the faulty hard disk. However I reinstalled the firmware and did not solve the problem. I inserted a new hard disk and it did not work! I have a machine that does not print anymore and I do not understand why!

Go in to service mode and initialise all.
connect the network cable, and it should pick up a new ip and load up user boxes and scan.

no need to initialize all, just go into admin and set network to dhcp and let reboot machine. this will correct any ip conflict.
