[Misc] Crashing when printing from office programs

hello all,
just throwing it out there but
a recent problem we've come across is office programs crashing when printing to a Konica.
we've been using the universal V4 driver which seems to get around this but I don't like that driver and it means updating all users.
maybe its a simple change needed in office but I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across this issues and has any thoughts on it?

are you printing via IP port 9100 or the dysfunctional WSD port?
is it set to spool print jobs to internal HDD in admin mode?

The only time I've ever seen anything like that, is when the "wrong" print drivers have been installed. This was with PDF, eveytime this one person printed, the device would reboot, I got them to send the same document to their colleague who had the correct KM drivers, and it printed fine. . This is how the printing preferences looked on their PC

This is a known issue with WIndows 11 24H2. Install the latest universal driver v3 (3.9.819.0 or newer) to fix it. Latest v4 also works.
