    Hi guys,
    My Konica Minolta bizhub C224e black (K) is misprinting document.
    Y,M,C are ok.

    Expert need solution here,please see attached image and help me out.

      Thanks for helping,
      I'm facing this problem after using non OEM K tonner ,
      Try patching the DV but still unfixed, I have New Drum(life 3bar) purchased it on the 10th of December, late last year 2024,

          I'm not sure what you mean by "patching the DV". I'd vac out the toner hopper, and replace the K DV unit
          Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

            Also replace toner with genuine after doing what king posted.

              This is the way.
              Please don't use non-OEM. This will void a maintenance contract.
