    J66-06 or C66-06?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      It's got to be a J66-06.

That's caused by PS9. Often paper dust or paper punch holes fall onto the black felt sensor background, so you get false readings. Just pull down the guide left of the white plate and blow out the sensor and black felt with blower brush and toothbrush. Once it's clean, make sure that the black felt is still black. if not, darken it with a Sharpie marker.

This is a common issue on almost every Konica Minolta document feeder.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yep. Used to have a lot of calls on that style feeder because of paper dust on black felt pads.
