Hello, often when I print with thick paper (between 200-300GSM) I have many issues with fuzzy images, jams and toner being flicked off on the trailing edge of the page. My question is what sort of advanced settings could I change in the paper profiles to reduce the amount of issues with thick paper? I could send pictures of the different settings if that would be of assistance.

I'll start with the obvious:
Is your enduser using the correct media settings?
Are the tray guides adjusted close, but not too snug, with the paper lifted?
Is the metal guide just before the registration roller smashed down? #20 bond will pass but heavier media will slow or jam.
Is the rubber seal above the registration roller warped? Peel it off, or replace it.
Is there a curl problem? Use the de-curl function to correct for excessive curl. Some media just will not pass, even adjusted to the maximum setting.
Examples would help:Attached FilesIf you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The seal is supposed to catch any toner dropping from the developed image on the transfer belt, but when it gets warped like that it drags through the developed image wiping away the image just before it is transferred. This is the seal that I mean:

The places that are chipping are where the toner is thickest. I would start with setting as slightly heavier media type. The heat belt may be deteriorating also.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

What is the life of fuser belt and rollers?
Also the paper weight could be wrong.
You can't always trust the customer to tell you the actual weight of the paper. You need to either get it off package it came in or get a gauge to measure paper in points and convert it to gsm.
I got this on on amazon.

Here is a good conversion chart.
