I have never seen this code associated with HV2 or the PRCB, but those are the next steps. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Do you also get a C-2221 on occasion as well? I recently had a customer getting a C-2720 and when I got there it was instead displaying a C-2221. This usually occurs when the drum flanges get dirty and cause the process drawer to not close completely. You can check this by looking at the small square hole right above the lower right purple standoff that secures the drawer closed. It should be completely against the sheet metal frame metal behind it. If there is a space of 1 or 2 mm's, clean the drum shafts and the inner rear drum flanges. The square hole is shown as a white dot in the circled section in the bottom of the attached picture. You do not have permission to view this gallery.
