Are your data correct? Serial number A789* seems to be from Bizhub 367, not from Bizhub C224e.
Check the data once again, or post a photo.

Oh, thats completely different situation - this machine has no serial number defined.
That's not ususal situation, so you couldn't just forget password - machine seems to be modified some way (replaced CPU board or so).

However, reset code for your machine:

That's not ususal situation, so you couldn't just forget password - machine seems to be modified some way (replaced CPU board or so).
