There is no guarantee that it will work, but I can try.

I still need the MAC address of the machine, I'm sure it was displayed on the reset screen.
Make sure, by the way, that you rewrite the request code without errors - there is probably an error in the one you wrote (ENBQ6 instead of ENBQG).

I have a C250i which I have just replaced the CPU card and Storage board because they had failed.

Are you able to see if you can get a reset code if the serial number is blank? It still gives me a request code.
