print all gradation patterns. yellow goes on before magenta so is it yellow spots or missing magenta?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

I agree. The yellow remains when the magenta is absent. I'd suspect that your magenta drum is experiencing striction. The clearcoat is worn off the magenta drum in places, and toner adheres to the surface. No light can reach the surface in those areas, and is not developed. If the pattern repeats at 188mm it might be the drum only. If the pattern is more random you may need to do a magenta developer change also.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like contaminated developer. What is the developing unit count for magenta? If it's at or near one million, change the developing unit as well as the developer.

I cannot identify a repeating pattern. Could this be generic toner or wrong toner?
