    Bizhub 368e password

I have a 368e with 30k and I can't get access to service mode or administrator due to incorrect password. Both 1234567812345578 and 9272927292729272 and any of the normal conbinations do not work. Is there a way to crack it or should I just use it for the parts? I know going into service mode with stop -0-C you can get access to it, but it prompts for a password and wont go away to regular copy mode unless you power it off and back on.

That sucks when someone changes both passwords. Not sure why a tech would do this, if it was a tech. I don't think I've ever changed both passwords except I always change admin password to 12345678.
You said you tried all the normal combinations, even 00000000? Also 12345678 just once? Or 9272 one time or 9272 x2
Think there is a reset procedure that was discussed here. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

I think this is the only option unless you have access to Konica Minolta tech support

Yeah, I saw that thread. I'm going to be bringing it back to my shop to get the serial # and mac address for it and see if Jotunn can help me. Because unfortunately the machine is in a pharmacy and can't work there

I got this from a Minolta dealer, but can't see if that is for our machine type

                Looks like different model.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

Just use the .tar file reset tool as suggested and you shouldn't have to bring back to shop.
