    Bizhub c300i won't boot all the way

    We tried to update the firmware and all went fine, except MFP board said NG. Rebooted and now won't boot all the way! Tried formating the SSD physical and logical with same result.

    Any thoughts?

    1. Try re-flashing firmware.
    2. Try flashing the boot up tool firmware

      I had another firmware set that I installed and it worked fine

          Hi,
          have you tried diag? -> RFKM_BT2111242EN -> AA2J0Y0-F000-GXX-23.exe

          However, you have formatted the SSD, try replacing it with a known good one (AA2JM72Q00).

          In some cases, only specialist KM support staff have a reset tool for solving these problems.

          W/O Diag it's digging in the dirt.

          As mentioned before: could also be CPUB

            MFP firmware NG has been because Bizhub Secure was active on two of my machines. I had to use the reset tool and repartition the Storage Board to recover the machines.
