What have you done so far, what is the life of the rollers.....
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

It could be a couple of different things. The first thing I would look at is the paper pickup clutch for tray #4. It could be engaged all the time. If the first paper sensor in tray #4 is not functioning you'll get the same effect. What jam codes are you getting?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I think I would do some diagnosis:

First, I would check the reactions of paper sensors in service mode.
So you just swap things? That's it?

go to state confirmation and find the vertical sensors and make sure they work.
if a konica thinks it didnt feed paper because the 1st or second sensor didnt get tripped it will try to feed again.
remove trays 1 and 2 and watch the action of the feed assy, tell us what happens when it grabs the 1st and subsequent pages. does the take up roller keep grabbing sheets or are they stuck together by static or such.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
              The medication helps though...
