    Fiery IC-415 won't connect

Hello, I need your help. I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub Press C1070 printer with a Fiery IC-415. It was working fine, but after a power outage, it shut down, and when I turned it back on, the controller no longer connected. What can I do? Thank you.

    what does the lcd show?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

can you access the fiery web page by typing the fiery's IP address in a browser.
does it show up in command workstation?
if it opens you may see a video cable error if its a physical issue.
if you cannot access it with a web browser you may need to reload system software.
00 is usually a good sign on the fiery, it's FF you never want to see.

This says that it is ready. The controller seems to be working. Did the IP change?

                  I have a similar problem on a c361i
Fiery will connect then after a couple hours to a few days it disconnects then a few hours or days later reconnect it does this nonstop with no human interaction and non stop. I can web in to both the machine and fiery. Fiery shows 00. Have replaced ethernet cables and power brick. Any suggestions?

                    try this test.
have any pc on the network PING -t the fiery in the background all day.
it may prevent it from "sleeping"

Does pressing the controller button bring up the fiery screen? Id consider replacing the fiery HDD if its acting irratically. Often a system refresh does wonders on these.

                      Regards
                      A.
