    554E Dublex paper jam problem

    Hello brothers,

    Our Develop 554e machine jams the paper when pulling it back from the fuser during duplex printing. What could be the reason for this?
    What adjustments can be made to fix paper jams during duplex printing?

      What's the jam code. Are you using fresh paper, if it's damp, the curl may be too much for it to feed back through the machine

              This.... new style switch back unit can be bought as an assembly.. or could be.
