Does anyone have the firmware for c308 color?

    Good day everyone,
I have a km c308 color varient, that for the life of me doesn't want to print anything. It takes a job, but it just stays stuck on printing. I did a memory check and their was a NG result in work1 which as far as I can tell, means a problem with the onboard emmc. I want to do a firmware reset and am looking for the files.

    Thanks in advance.

Think you mean you want to do a firmware upgrade. There is a firmware that will reset machine but that is used as a last resort.

Are you sure there are no jobs pending and locked up? Did you delete and reinstall printer driver?

Another thing you can try, go into service mode, System 1, initialization and select network tab ONLY, press start button, turn "main power switch" (inside front door) off and on. This will clear network settings and you can start new install.

fwiw if you can print a network config page from the copiers LCD and it comes out then FW isnt usually the issue. perhaps one of the consumables is overlife and cant calibrate before printing the job?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

I'm sure the drivers all good, the printer doesn't even do copy jobs, so i don't think its a network issue. Thanks for replying

You say "all consumables are in good shape" , but are any over life, and the machine has been set to stop when that happens, it will queue up jobs, but you'll see either "Printing stopped" or "stop printing" on the display, it's so long since I've seen one, I can't remember the exact message Check "Life stop setting" in "enhanced security"
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
