    Hello

Do any of you know, what a envelope with a cross icon means in Service mode??

I have checked and reset CS Remote Care, so it doesnt seem to be because of that

    Thank you :-)

its the email transfer icon. or failed in your case
maybe vcare or maint reporting has been setup and it was unable to send the data through the network for some reason.
        its the email transfer icon.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

How exactly did you reset CSRC?
              Step by step please.

Data Initialization clears the Server Settings of CS Remote Care not its use.
do a ram clear and initialize in cs care
                just undo anything this says.
                start by disabling webdav.
                Attached Files

First, I noticed that the "Start Maintenance" button wasn’t visible under CSES — it’s usually there if CSES is set up.
But I went in anyway and pressed "RAM Clear" for all items (email, HTTP, etc.), using the ID code "1111111", and finally went into Server Settings and selected "Data Initialization".
Exactly as I’ve always done — I’ve disabled CSES on many machines before.
But I have never, ever seen such an icon, not even on machines where CSES was enabled.

Checked that, it is not set up. And if it had, it should also be disabled, when doing an all data clear
