Have a c1085 where the fuser belt keeps walking to the back side. All rollers, heat sleeves, bearings, etc have been replaced. Can't seem to figure out why. Has anyone seen this before or have any idea?

the Fusing Steering Actuator Assy gets little nicks in it and will cause the belt to walk . Item 26

I agree with Ziggy. I also encountered several times that the bearing on the top cover would jam, which prevented the shift mechanism from responding quickly.Attached FilesComment
