C35 boot up failure

hello,

one C35 copier when it turn on the screen stay on KM logo with orange lamp light on.
the pre drive, movement and exposure lamp of scanner all work normally, it would not change to copy mode screen.
i tried to disconnect hard disk and RAM but still same.

have idea about this issue?

update the firmware, you can also do it via usb

before I updated it with G05-6005BH.

Did it crash right after firmware update? Give it a flash any way.
Right after changing a toner? That happened before.
Battery good? Also had that were it not only loose its time but hangs on startup.

Can you wake it in second service mode?. also do the motors come on in the main unit ? is color calibration happing?

I updated it long time ago, it work fine until yesterday.
Yesterday customer turned on and found the KM logo displayed, with orange lamp lit up.

Would it cause of MFP board defactive?

Remember another possibility. I could be that its failing white background correction. It the DF correction is all orange brown, lift the DF and have a look underneath it. The guide that keeps the paper close to the slit glass.

Are you getting clear AC from the wall? The all solutions PDF could help.

Could be the MFPB... But give it a firmware flash for good measure.

Motors work, exposure lamp lit up, scanner move to and fro and calibration done.
Like a normal machine start up, the difference is hold on KM logo and copy key light is orange not blue.

I lift up the DF and turned several times but the same issue result, consider to load FW once more but the machine cannot go to initial copy screen.

I wanna download that PDF however it has been expired.

I tried to remove HDD and turned on, cannot fix.
Removed RAM and did once more, same result.

im pretty sure a C35 requires the RAM (not optional) so removing it if anything would make the problem worse. It would need swapping with known working DIMM to be of any troubleshooting use

BTW, i wanna try to update firmware , in this condition ( KM logo freeze on panel )how to do it?
