    [CQ] ripple effect

I have a konica C454e that paper comes out of copier with the last half of page with a ripple effect, i have done the following. replaced fuser twice, exit assy, fuser drive pack. I have added a wrap on loop spring, i have tested every size of paper and every tray. i have taken finisher and bridge out of loop and yet still get a ripple effect, dows anyone have any other thoughts.

    Re: ripple effect

The exit assembly should have solved it. It's known on these machines that the exit bushings begin to seize. It seems to affect internal finishers more than external finishers or exiting to engine top.

Try this: set the media type to Thick4. If the problem goes away, it's because the machine turns slower on Thick4.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
