[Misc] Heavy scratch marks on paper

Good Morning to all of you,

Please, i need help with a konica c554e causing scratch repeated marks on paper. The marks looks like tire marks and have the same distance between then. The paper becomes smashed in the marks and no toner adesion. All colors and trays presents the same result. I visually inspected the drums, the pressure roller, 2nd transfer roller and the fuser and they appears to be with no damage on the surface despite the bad print quality. Can someone please tell me your bet, because i am totally lost in this one.

    Respectfully

    Douglas Xavier

Have you stopped paper before entering fuser to see if marks are on paper. Also check the plastic exit rollers above fuser for toner build up.

Make one copy of blank sheet and check its back for traces like tractor tires. If they are present then check 4 black plastic rollers above fusers mentioned by copyman for toner buildup.
      Hint: scrap them hot.

I stopped the paper before the fuser and no marks. I inspected again with caution and the fuser belt was damaged, sorry for my fault. Do you know what can caise this type of damage? Looks like it was cutted.

Yes, it's the fuser. The interval of repetition should be 157mm for the heat roller, or 94mm for the pressure roller. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
