I had the same problem , you need to change Conveyance / Paper feed assy AAJRR71422 I tried everything :rollers , sensors , clutch and when I changed the whole group it was solved

I already changed it from an another machine. Still the problem but i saw now theres an new part. I will try that.

Try removing this rubber spacer between the feed roller on the tray itself. Had a few do the same and we threw that part away no more issues.

This is a known issue there's a few modified parts or just replace the modified paper feed unit.

That's pretty interesting. In the US, they have us replacing the plastic actuators ("Stopper Part"s) with ones that are longer.

It's a tiny little black rubber O-ring in between the sep roller cradle and frame of the paper tray. Collar - 9J04534301

It seems to me this machine is made of tiny little pieces of junk without any engineering tolerances in reserve, go figure 0.5mm and presto we are jammed. However this forum rules and techs here are one of the best community I've ever seen, God bless CTN!

I agree, not a fan of this model. They sure look like they were made to a budget.
