You should scuff up shafts where the one way clutches contact shaft. Use scotch brite pad or fine sandpaper

The registration bushings can get gummy and cause jamming out of tray 1. If you have to go back turn registration rollers by hand and see if it is hard to turn. If it is you will have to pull registration unit and clean the bushings
