Just reboots with no message or does it say internal error rebooting?

We could use more information:
1. Are the date and time settings up to date after turning the power cord off and on again?
2. How does Administrator mode work?
3. What errors are in the List Output ?
4. Is it still possible to update the firmware ?

Hi,

Had 6 of these do the same thing, all on latest FW etc. Did the self diagnostics with no errors, did CPU reset.
After a month of scratching heads we found out (from the customers IT department who were monitoring every time it restarts) that it was caused by the NTP settings.
Under > maintenance >date and time >time server/timer adjustment: input '1.pool.ntp.org'

Also had this happen on 8 C550i's. fixed all of them even though we changed boards and all sorts.
Really weird one.

you can just disable NTP and set the time and date manually if it needs adjusting.

Q6 has a known problem for this. Thas ts why it was taken off site. Use P8. Thisd goes for all small machines

Difference is most manufacturer tech support train their people to never say that they had issues with something before. I've worked part time for tech supports and this is what you are being told in the first few days.
All Product Problems are a first for support.

i tried that time setting didnt help its kinda wierd it happens every half hour at a specific time like 12 min after and again in half hour even happens at that time if the machine has only been on for a few min

Exactly what answer I get from our tech rep. Every time I have a problem with a machine they're like 'oh that's strange, never heard of that before'. Come on copytech and find everyone else is having the same issues.

ok its fixed did an all clear but that didnt work ended up replacing cpub board and all good
