My bizhub c558 was working fine untill we shifted the machine to my other office.Print Is great But there is a background or a shadow while copy from glass as well as adf.I tried cleaning the optics but still the same.

The pic is really small so can't see the defects but from what you posted about happening after moving machine only thing that makes sense is it was pushed using the adf and now adf is crooked. Just a guess without seeing the pic.

is the lighting different at its new location? if it can peek under the ADF there might be the issue.
also if its slightly skewed you may need to lift the front left corner of the scanner like you are trying to actually lift the machine to straighten the now trapazoided scanner bed.
make a copy with the lights off to test.
sometimes its that silly.
also can test a copy on the glass but keep about 20-30 lbs of pressure upward on the front left corner.
sometimes when machines are moved someone puts something heavy on top like a bunch of reams of paper and the scanner bed sags.
all very easy tests.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
