C454E blue on edges and faded prints

Please take a look at this.
The cmy developers are over 80% with the black at 54%
The drums are all over 90% but the cyan at 24
This was not happening before I juat topped up the cyan developer so that could be the cause of the cyan on the far edge of the paper. However the faded colours in the middle those were not happening before I think.

Hope to get some help please thanks

Yes that is most likely from the developer you added. I would run some cyan half tones in service test mode. keep checking the level history under state confirmation after every few halftone prints. get around 6.5 - 7%. Then do gradation adj.

Also looks like you have a magenta strip at bottom of page?

Swap the yellow & cyan drums around does the print quality change ?

Also you don't 'top up' developer you replace the complete unit.

This is happening to me on a C360, the edge of the drum is stained and causes this, check the drum

It looks like a dirty charge corona on the drum unit, it may not show straight way on the other colour, when you swap the drum.
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Hi all. Ok I change the cyan drum but in a new drum and also change the magenta drum because was getting aomw magenta hues. Had to do a few prints to clear the hue and before the colur started coming back to normal. Also the blue on the edges that too started to be reduced.
Thanks so much. I thought it would have been more. But it definitely will need a clean up.
                  Thanka all again

It just happened to me again with a C360, cleaning the drum and crown brush and solved, the question I have is, why does it always happen with the cyan unit?

That is a very good question. Because I too have only ever had it with cyan. Like it would just happen.
With my c75 certain things too happen with my cyan laser where it tends to get diertier quicker than the other ones.
