[Error Code] 450i boots into self-diagnostic

Desperately need help. Not a Konica tech but have 30+ years in copiers. This machine cycles, optics move & lamp comes on. But, boots into self-diagnostic. If I press start it runs diagnostic & everything says ok. Can't get into service mode. Changed HDD, HDD pwb & main pwb. All with new parts.

To start with bizhub 450i has no HDD but SSD. Run diagnostic tool for bootup issue but if you already tried new SSD and baseboard without success that's CPU board failed.

NOTE SW25 should be set to the hex according to which firmware version is on the machine.

Problem
When MFP is powered ON it displays service mode/ self diagnostics on the operation panel.

Solution
CAUSE: Firmware anomaly


SOLUTION: Perform the following.
1. Select Counter
2. Select Display Keypad
3. Press Stop 00. Stop 01
4. If applicable input CE password 9272 4 times (Default)
5. Select System 2
6. Select the following Software Switch Settings
a. Set Switch No. 25 to HEX Assignment to 10
b. Set Switch No. 163 to HEX Assignment to 02
7. Press Fix
8. Press End
9. Select System 2
10. Select Internal Error Auto Cancel
11. Select Rank C and press Yes
12. Press END
13.The MFP will automatically reboot by the change of Internal Error Auto Cancel

It's in manual but who is enough wicked to RTFMs.
