I have an unusual issue here. Brand new out of box C550i. Scans, fax, copies, prints all work.
Except when copying an invoice. The client is a fairly large shipper. They print these invoices and sometimes make additional copies. When they make a copy on a HP PageWide, no issue, but when they make a copy on the Konica Minolta uniformed red lines appear vertically down the page. Almost like a security issue or something in place to stop forgery.
Just to repeat myself -this doesn't happen on all copies- only their invoices for the warehouse to prepare the orders to go out.
I've contacted Konica and they said it was not an anti-forgery software but wouldn't talk to me anymore unless I signed a contract with them.
For the safety of the company I'll share a picture of part of the paper but it is happening from top to bottom.
