    Re: C3100P 004E error

The power supply could have damage, but I have another idea. Sometimes Konica Minolta is not exactly clear about the identity of the fan associated with the error code. I vaguely remember a case when the error code pointed to a PRCB fan, but it actually turned out to be the one right next to it.

To diagnose conditions like this I have a box of fans that I have gathered from scrap machines. The majority of office machine fans are 24vdc, some have two speeds, many use the same connectors. I just find a fan with the same specifications & connector, unplug the fan on the machine (often you don't even need to remove it), and plug in my test fan. Does the test fan run? Does it code? If your error remains, try a different fan on the machine.

Another benefit to this box of fans, is often I can immediately substitute the test fan as a permanent solution.

Not so much on Konica Minoltas, but on Toshibas certain families of machines are well known for mediocre quality cooling fans ... either buzzing, screeching, or erroring out. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What do you mean by fan motor? You tried another working fan or something?
If you swapped not working fan with good one and it still doesn't rotate maybe it's time to upgrade the machine.

Since I bought one new power supply fan motor, unplugged the current one and connected the new, still not rotated.

Yes, this fan motor. I tried a new one but it didn't rotate.

Long, long time ago we had this situation with several of the good old Di-450 and I took just power from any place in the machine to feed to the fan, which was not getting its juice from where it should come originally.
