    Konica bizhub C3350i IWS has been terminated

    Customer is getting the following: Error has been detected - IWS has been terminated. Is this a problem with the copier or with the customers network? I am not sure what is causing this error or how to correct it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

    if they are not using Marketplace disable IWS under network in admin.
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      Km is striving to have all of their equipment available for remote monitoring and firmware updates..I wonder if someone is trying to do one of these..I remember reading that IWS in involved.

        Exactly or just disable Marketplace under IWS settings. Both should get them out of error.

          If turning off Market Place also go in to service mode and set SW 172 to hex 01.
