Found the problem. Immediately see the light line in the middle, somehow the developer is not sticking to the roll. So maybe it's being scraped of by something. Only I don't see it right away and I don't kno if I can open up the top , so I can see ore. Any idea how to? Thank you!

Assuming you don't do much work on these machines, but yes the dev unit opens up (that's how you empty it to replace the developer) You should check the roller and see if something is stuck on it, and if so remove it and rotate the roller to coat it again. You may need to replace the dev unit & developer. Whats the counter on the Cyan dev unit & developer?

Be extremely careful working on the developer unit. If you take out the wrong screws you will throw off the gap on the steel blade above the magnetic roller. If you do that it will be very difficult to get it back correct. You can try putting a piece of card stock between magnetic roller and blade and try pushing the obstruction to the end.
With that being said this wouldn't cause a dark line it would be a void streak.

The void on the developing roller is a large obstruction caught between the doctor blade and the developing roller, that make all of the developer flow around it. Get yourself a heavy piece of mylar and cut out a shape like this:

Remove the top cover of the developing unit. It might be a good idea to keep the unit upright during this whole procedure, or you'll pour the developer all over your shoes, and you'll have to learn how to replace the developer.

Insert your newly made tool in between the doctor blade and the developing roller at the far end of the developing roller. Slide the hook along until it's right about where you see the void. Carefully roll the developing roller down using the gears while pulling out the mylar tool.

Sometimes you can see the obstruction, sometimes you can't. It's better if you can find the obstruction, so you're sure it's removed. Continue to roll the developing roller downwards to confirm that the obstruction is gone. Repeat as many times as necessary.

There are a couple of qualifications:
*NEVER roll the developing roller up towards the doctor blade. There is a mylar seal below the developing roller that can flip if it's rotated the wrong way. It's very hard to re-position once it's flipped.
*Take care not to squeeze the center of the developing unit (developing units with metal housings will warp, closing the gap below the developing roller).
*Try to touch the developing roller as little as possible, and only with clean hands.

There are so many ways to screw up these units unintentionally, and we've all done it. But the mistakes are really really costly. This is why we cringe when we read about newbies bumbling around in these machines. Small common mistakes can cost a lot to fix.

I try to do as much as possible myself to reduce costs. Just a bit difficult with little knowledge and doing other work in mean time.
