    Bizhub press1250

    Hi ,

    I need help on a bizhub press when printing it prints well but comes out with a strange line see the attached on what I mean. The lines are circle in green . The lines are not on the same spot all the time it changes position..

    Appreciate your help in fixing this issue.

      What is drum and cleaning blade counter because it looks like cleaning blade problem?

              Those are toner density patches that are written to the drum between pages. They are used for maintaining developer density. The reason that you see then is that the drum is not cleaning properly. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  High probability that the gears on the front of the drive for the cleaning brush on the transfer belt are stripped out. Especially if these are two sided documents
