Konika Minolta Bizhub C257i disable sleep mode

Hi, in my work place I have this machine that sometimes goes into a sleep mode and it does not print, I have to manually restart it.

So, I want to fix this problem. The machine has an wifi module, so the machine is connected to a network.

I do not think there is a network problem because we have a different printer(another brand) with an wifi module....with no network problem.

I believe it is an incompatibility with the router, I have seen this problem with some customers. It seems that when sending a printout the printer is not woken up. What I have done is disable the function on the printer, making it always active.

The problem is that I do not how to make it active, how to disable sleep mode. I tried a few settings a few months ago, but it did not worked(i do not remember the exact changes).

Thx, but I have 2 problems with my printer:

1) Service Mode is password protected and I do not have it.

2) In System settings there is no Power supply or Sleep Mode

But I do have the admin password, I do no have the Service Mode password(the one from your clip)

You need to call your service provider rather than playing games with machine.
They should know how to fix your offline issue properly.

1) DONE + PERMIT ACTIVATED;

2) I still did not found those settings...

log in as admin, go to "maintenance" then "timer settings", then "power settings" - "power in sleep mode" should be disabled, "enter power save" should be normal

I did not reset any password, my problem is fixed(for now).
